What came out of the Frederick Cup

There are several things that came out of the Frederick Cup. First, I learned that both my goalies are very good when properly supported. Second, I need to do more work with my freshmen to give them more confidence with the puck. At practice on Wednesday I plan to work on penalty kill and breakout.
