Getting Ready for the Season

As I prepare for the regular season one thing I am working on is making sure my freshmen confident in their play. I have three freshmen defensemen and three freshmen forwards. My freshmen forwards are a little more comfortable playing high school hockey then the freshmen defensemen. At practice last night I worked a lot with the freshmen defensemen. I worked mostly with the defensemen on their positioning and what to do when they have the puck.
